Garden House Hotel - Special Class Istanbul

I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Istanbul and it was perfect for a solo traveler. The location is excellent, situated near Sultanahmet Square and Hagia Sophia. The staff, especially the receptionist Selzuk, were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. The hotel offers everything you need in a beautiful setting, with a perfect breakfast and a popular restaurant with delicious Turkish food at reasonable prices.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was superb, just a short walk from major attractions. Our room was cozy, with a nice patio and comfy bed. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with a lot of information on what to see in the city. Breakfast was delicious. Overall I highly recommend Garden House Hotel - Special Class.

I spent here 4 enjoyable days and can't wait to go back. The room met all requests, airy with a big very comfortable bed.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect - we were within walking distance to all the main monuments and attractions in the area, including the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The hotel facilities were also great - we particularly enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful garden where we had breakfast every morning. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and served buffet style. But the best part of this hotel was the staff - they were always available, nice, and caring. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist us with transportation and information about the city.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, nestled within the historical district but still close to the main sights. The staff was very friendly and eager to accommodate every request, especially the manager who arranged early breakfast for us and the waitress who served us lunch named Enoy. We loved sitting in the leisure garden area, sipping coffee from the espresso machine.

We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, large bathroom, and a study area. Friendly and helpful staff who provided great advice and surprises like a birthday cake. Reasonable prices for a centrally located hotel.

Room decor needs improvement, with outdated curtains and dark furniture. Room 125 was dark and claustrophobic.

Great location with easy access to attractions and shopping. Spacious rooms with nice sea view and good facilities. Excellent restaurant in a lovely garden setting with attentive staff. Helpful staff who arranged tours and PCR tests with quick results. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

During our stay, we loved how the hotel was close to almost all the historical monuments and mosques. The lovely inner garden was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were cozy and had a unique design, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and it was a great start to our day of exploration.
